I’m NOT knocking BFLO (the store) directly. The hats YES….. My wife and I have two “original” buffalo hats from an online retailer where we paid fractions of the cost…They fit amazing. Fast forward, we are in playoffs, my wife says we should get these. My birthday is the day before the Super Bowl , why not? They shipped super FAST! That was the best part of the experience…..we opened the package…and they are the cheapest Chinese manufactured hat ever. They feel like the hats that come in that strange plastic bag…..you get at the fleet market……The TWO. We bought were HUGE. My son can fit his head in just over half of it…… my head is 7 and 5/8 (my hat size) and could fit another half a humans head in my hat. So when it says size fits most, they mean from baby up to shrek. Very very let down by this product….
When I contacted customer service with my invoice number. Etc.they said I need to send them back, no return envelope no return mailer I can print off…. So I guess I’m eating the shipping cost? Who knows.
