Where do you ship?
We proudly ship to all U.S. states, plus offer international shipping to Canada. During checkout, the delivery cost and estimated timing will be calculated based on your address.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated per order (based on things like weight, size, and destination) once you have entered items into your basket and have proceeded through the check-out.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside of U.S. are subject to customs, duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country. These charges are payable by the recipient and are NOT included in the shipping cost.
Returns
In-store Return Policy
We offer a 60-day return policy at any of our three locations with receipt. Full cash or credit refunds will only be given if you have your receipt present. If items are damaged, smell (smoke, body odor), or are in poor condition, we cannot accept these items for a return. We accept items that are unworn, unwashed, and in "like-new" condition. The BFLO Store reserves the right to deny a return for any reason.
Online Return Policy
Looking to return or exchange an item that wasn’t what you were expecting? No problem! We accept returns within 60 days as long as the item is in it’s original, unworn condition, with tags still attached. Please reach out to orders@bfloshop.com and our Online Fulfillment team will reach out to you with next steps!
Custom orders and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. The BFLO Store reserves the right to deny a return for any reason.

Customers are responsible for the return postage. Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.
How do I return the online items?
After you have reached out to our Online Fulfillment team to request a refund, please return items using your preferred carrier with a trackable shipping option. Be sure to obtain a tracking number to confirm proof of delivery for your package. We are not responsible for any parcels lost during transit.
Upon receiving your returned items, returns are generally processed within 3 days. However, during busy periods, such as holidays, processing may take longer, so please allow up to 14 business days.
Can I exchange an online item?
An online customer has the option of exchanging an item for a different size. Just like requesting a refund, please reach out to our Online Fulfillment team for an exchange. The customer is responsible for the payment of the return postage.
Upon receipt, the requested exchange size will be shipped to the customer.

Yes, you may return in-store items to any of our three locations, no matter which location you purchased the product at. Please bring a valid receipt.
If an item is being returned with a gift receipt, we offer store credit but no reimbursement of funds.
Yes, you may return online items in store at our Transitown location. Please come prepared with your online order and confirmation number.
