My recent shipping experience

UPS tried to collect CAD 50.00 in brokerage fees to collect the CAD 16.77 due in sales tax related to my recent order. I called their 800 number and called them out on this and without any suggestion from me at all, the volunteered to waive the entire brokerage fee. The St. Patrick's Day order was scheduled to be delivered on March 17th but with all the nonsense associated with getting the fee waiver processed, I didn't get the order until the 24th. The order looks fine but I would suggest you go with another courier company. It will impact my willingness to order in the future. Thank you.
