Please note: Due to contractual reasons, any outside memorabilia item or BFLO Store bought item will not be allowed to be autographed by Greg Rousseau, even if a ticket is purchased for this event. This rule will be strictly enforced and no exceptions will be made.

1. Ticket Price and Inclusions
- Tickets are priced at $35 per person.
- Your ticket guarantees the following:
The ability to meet Greg Rousseau
One (1) photo with the player, taken on your personal cell phone.
One (1) complimentary VIP lanyard with special edition ticket.
2. Ticket Terms
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Each ticket is valid for one (1) person only and cannot be shared or used for multiple individuals.

3.Event Details
- Event Date: July 16, 2025
- Event Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM (Hard stop at 8:30 PM).
- Event Location: The BFLO Store, Transitown Location, 4199 Transit Road, Williamsville, NY 14221.
- Please arrive during the VIP sign-in time slot between 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM.
- Photos will not be permitted after 8:30 PM, and this rule will be strictly enforced.

4. Late Arrival Policy
- If you do not show up during the VIP sign-in time (6:30 PM - 7:30 PM) or by 8:00 PM, your ticket will be forfeited, and you will not be guaranteed a photo with the player.
- Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. This Event is a Ticketed Only Event
- Please note, without a VIP ticket, you will not be able to receive a photo with the player or the ability to meet the player.

A child under 10 years old, who is accompanied by an adult with a VIP Ticket, does not need their own VIP Ticket. Maximum one child under 10 years old, who does not have a VIP Ticket, to one adult with a VIP Ticket.

If someone over 10 years old waits inline with an adult who has a VIP Ticket, they will not be allowed a photo with the player or the ability to meet the player. They will be asked to exit the line before going up to the player. Maximum one person over 10 years old, without a ticket, is allowed to wait inline with one person who does have a VIP Ticket.
