By attending or purchasing tickets for any meet and greet or autograph signing event hosted by The BFLO Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Information

• All meet and greets and autograph signings are hosted by The BFLO Store and are either free and open to the public or paid ticketed events, as specified in event details.
  
• Event details, including date, time, and participating player or alumni, are subject to change without notice.

Paid Ticketed Events

• Admission to a paid meet and greet or autograph event requires the purchase of a valid ticket.
  
• Only individuals with a purchased ticket will be permitted entry.
  
• A ticket guarantees:
  - One meeting with the player or alumni and an autograph from the player or alumni (an autograph is only allowed if it is applicable to the event).
  - One photo with the player or alumni on your personal cell phone.
• Each paid ticketed event is subject to their own terms and conditions.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by The BFLO Store.
  

Event Conduct

• Guests must follow all instructions given by The BFLO Store staff and event personnel.
  
• The BFLO Store reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the event for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Liability

• The BFLO Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the event.
• Photos are limited to personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

2. Merchandise Policy
Outside merchandise is not permitted for free autograph signings within the store (Paid ticketed autographs will allow one outside item. Please refer to that specific events terms and conditions). A printed photo of the player will be available to be autographed for free (unless otherwise stated). Items available for purchase in-store may be used for autographs if purchased the day of the signing from The BFLO Store. At the discretion of The BFLO Store and the signing guest, exceptions may be made for outside items, but they are not obligated to do so.

3. Photo Opportunities
Attendees who do not wish to have an item signed may opt for a complimentary photo opportunity with the featured guest.

4. Availability of Autographs and Photos for Free Signings
Due to anticipated high demand, autographs and photo opportunities are not guaranteed. Lines operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and attendees are encouraged to arrive early.
