Returns & Threshold Discount Adjustments

• If items purchased under this promotion are returned and the return causes the transaction total to fall below the original qualifying spend threshold, the discount will be recalculated based on the new qualifying tier.
  
• Returns must be processed by returning the entire original transaction so the correct discount tier can be applied.
• Any refund issued will reflect the pricing and discount percentage applicable to the revised transaction total.
  
• The BFLO Store reserves the right to deny or adjust returns that attempt to retain a higher-tier discount not supported by the remaining purchase amount.
  
• All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase according to The BFLO Store’s standard return policy.
  
• Store management may exercise discretion in applying these terms to ensure fair and consistent customer service.
  

Example:

A customer spends $260 and qualifies for 40% off. If the customer later returns $60 worth of items, the remaining total becomes $200, which qualifies only for 30% off. The original transaction will be returned in full, and the items the customer keeps will be repurchased with the correct 30% discount applied. The refund will reflect the price difference between the original 40%-off pricing and the adjusted 30%-off pricing.
