At The BFLO Store, we take all of our employees and customers health very seriously, and have taken additional measures to ensure the sanitation of products and the workplace during this unprecedented time. Currently, all BFLO Store locations are closed due to the pandemic. We have shifted to online-only until the conditions become safe enough to resume in-store experiences.
As of the month of May, for those who live in the immediate Buffalo and WNY region, we are offering free contactless curbside pickup at our Eastern Hills flagship BFLO location at 4475 Transit Rd, Williamsville NY. For curbside pickup, place your order online and type "Curbside Pickup Appointment" in the "Notes" section of your order. (The system will automatically charge you for shipping but you will be refunded 100% of shipping costs the same day you place your order). Simply respond or compose a message to Orders@BFLOshops.com stating a date and time you would like to pick up your items. (Please be as specific as possible when choosing a time. Pickup times are from Monday-Saturday 11am-9pm). We will be in touch with you in less than 24 hours to set up an appointment for pickup of your goods! Please also note if you would like any of your purchased items complimentary gift-wrapped you can request this ahead of time (and free of charge) in the notes section as well! Upon arriving to The BFLO Store, pull up next to our Front Entrance (next to Duff's) and stay in your vehicle. One employee (equipped with gloves and a mask) will come out of the store and place the items in your vehicle.
For additional safety precautions in online shopping, at this time, any online orders that come in are selected and packed by one individual, limiting contact as much as possible. Additionally, if any products are returned, they must sit for a minimum of three days before the items can be re-processed in to the system and inventory. All handlers of the products have taken extra measures to sanitize themselves and the environments surrounding the goods. Even so, it is our recommendation that upon arrival of these goods to your door that you let them sit for three days before opening, and sanitize the products before opening.
